How do I create a test account?
It’s easy! Fill in the form here to register yourself and your organization – no cost and no strings attached.
Is the test period binding?
No, the test period is totally free of charge and you can cancel at anytime.
What happens when my test period ends?
The services in your account are deactivated. You will receive a notification about this a few days in advance and you can choose whether you’d like to sign up for a subscription to reactivate your account.
Can I close my account whenever I want?
Yes. You can easily close and delete your account under “My profile.”

How do I start a subscription after the end of the test period?
Log in and place your order under “Settings.” Activate the features you want in the “Feature Shop.”
Is there a notice period?
No. Our subscriptions run annually and are paid in advance, but there is no notice period and you can easily cancel the subscription whenever you want.
Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to the services you paid for until the subscription period expires.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to “My Settings” and click on the “Unsubscribe” button.

What payment methods do you accept?
We will send an invoice via email to you or to the invoice address you entered under “Settings.” All subscriptions are invoiced in advance, annually.

Can I log in with BankID?
Yes, you can log in with mobile BankID or BankID on your computer. You can easily activate this in your settings under “My Profile”.
Is it safe to handle board information with your software?
Yes, security is our highest priority. All data is encrypted when transmitted and stored. You can safely handle business-critical and confidential information in our platform.
Yes, Boardeaser manages you and your board’s information in accordance with GDPR. You can delete your personal information and a data processing agreement is included in our terms of service, which you can find here.
