A structured onboarding process is included when you become a customer with us. This is so that you and your colleagues can quickly get started with group consolidation in our system. The process gives you knowledge of the platform, the opportunity to ask questions as they appear and shortens the start-up time. In addition, you get your own contact person.
This is how the process works
Once we have made it through the onboarding process, you will have the basis and knowledge needed to make you feel ready to use our tool yourself. We adapt the process and start-up to your group and the needs you have. We always start from a foundation and routines that we have carefully developed.
In parallel with the onboarding, you also get access to free training every week.

We develop a project plan
If you are interested in starting to use our platform for group consolidation and reporting, you will first receive a demo. We show the platform so that you can get a better insight into how the tool works. We then produce a quote, and when the quote is approved, you will be contacted by one of us at Boardeaser.
We then set up a project plan with all the information related to the project. In the project plan you will find everything from participants and division of work to schedule, activities, checklists, processes, needs and training sessions. Here we collect all the essential information about the onboarding. This includes your upcoming work, including a development plan for any wishes you have regarding our platform.
The project plan always contains the same parts, but is adapted to your particular company structure.
We have several information and work meetings
The onboarding process also includes several meetings. We start with a start-up meeting, and before the meeting you get templates with information about what preparations are good to do. At the upcoming meetings, we go through the tool, set up your company’s structure and handle various issues that may exist.
Between meetings, you and those from your company who will use our platform get time to work on their own in the tool. You also get tasks to do between our meetings together so that you can feel at home in the tool faster.
Of course, we take into account what your group looks like. The meeting structure is planned according to whether you, for example, have a single group or several subgroups. We adapt the number of meetings and how often we have them according to your needs, but on average an onboarding process usually includes about four to six meetings.

We offer several courses in parallel with the onboarding
While we take you through the onboarding process, we also offer training. In connection with the start-up, you will receive recommendations on which courses you and your colleagues should attend in parallel.
The trainings are a good complement to the onboarding process. They provide in-depth knowledge, good repetition and are another opportunity to ask questions that may arise.
