We are growing at a rapid pace and have big plans for the development of our platform. Therefore, we are looking for you who are a full-stack developer to join our development team. You become part of a tight team with a varied everyday life. Among other things, you will project manage and develop your own functions with a focus on quality and long-term perspective. The development team works closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand our users and customers. It makes our product development focused and meaningful!
Our platform is built on established and stable technologies such as Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Git, Webpack, Vuejs.
Who are you?
We are looking for a curious problem solver who is self-motivated and structured. We believe that you find it as exciting as we are to think about how innovative technologies can be combined with our business concept. You have a structured way of working and thrive in an entrepreneur-driven business. We’re guessing you have:
- relevant training, e.g. a bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering in systems development
- about three years of work experience in system/web development
- experience working with Ruby on Rails – the right person can learn
- knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- experience with Javascript, Vue, MVC, PostgreSQL and versioning in Git

The service offers tools for administration around board meetings, financial reporting, analyzes, compliance and document storage. In a few years, Boardeaser has become a central tool for more than 1200 boards in Sweden, several of them listed on the stock exchange. With wind in its sails, the company expands and increases the pace of development. Our ambition is to build a team of web developers who can make Boardeaser the world’s largest cloud service for corporate governance and management.
