We are looking for you who like to help and educate users of a web-based service like ours. You like equal parts people and technology, problem solving, have good empathy, can handle different types of people and are patient. The role also involves an important link between users and product development to make the service even more user-friendly. We have flexible systems that make it easy to answer recurring questions, but sometimes more complex problems come along that require a deeper analysis of the customer’s situation.

In your role, you will, among other things:

  • Answer support questions about the different parts of the service
  • Educate and guide users through video meetings
  • Help new customers get started
  • Create and update content on our support site
  • Identify upsell opportunities on existing customers
  • Gather customer feedback and move on to product development
  • Conduct customer surveys and interviews
